Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, ConcussionCare Plus, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a shipment is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact support@concussioncareplus.com, and we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry when appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
International Shipping
