This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through concussioncareplus.com, operated by ConcussionCare Plus, LLC, doing business as ConcussionCare+.
Because ConcussionCare+ products are dietary supplements intended for personal consumption, we maintain strict return standards to protect customer safety, product integrity, and quality-control compliance.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

Proof of purchase is provided
Due to health and safety considerations, opened, used, or partially used dietary supplements cannot be returned or refunded.
Chain-of-Custody & Product Safety
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and quality-control requirements, products that leave our controlled distribution chain cannot be resold or redistributed, even if they appear unopened or unused.
Approved returns are accepted solely for refund or replacement purposes and are not returned to inventory.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact support@concussioncareplus.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
